Standard Service Rates

STANDARD SERVICE RATES

•  Current rates are $15.00 for the first 2,500 gallons, and $5.50 for each 1,000 gallons above that.
• A fee of $50.00 will be charged if your account reaches the cut off list.
• The Deposit for new service is $75.00 for homeowners and $150.00 for renters.
• Our community’s water meters are read each month. Please contact our office for any additional information.
  
  
  

Payment Due Dates

All current month payments are due on the 15th of each month. Payments received after the 15th will incur a $5 late charge. We do not go by postmark date. Your payment must be in our office by the 15th to avoid late charges. Water service will be disconnected if payment is not received within 45 days. At that time the full balance must be paid to avoid interruption of service.
